Spyridon Lamprakis

Global Head of Product Management and Client Engagement

Spyros joined Acupay in 2011. He is the Global Head of Product Management and Client Engagement team, being responsible for the planning, documentation, and automation of business processes and the design and implementation of technology solutions to support tax relief and reclaim products and operations. He also had a key role in the design of the innovative systems to support the Greek debt restructuring in 2012, which stemmed from Acupay System technology.

Spyros holds an MSc in Information Systems and Management (with Dist.) from Warwick Business School and a BSc in Informatics and Telecommunications from the University of Athens.

He speaks English, Greek and German.

David Khachidze

Head of Product Portfolio
London

David joined Acupay in 2014. As a Product Manager, his main responsibilities include working on the design and implementation of the technology that drives the Acupay System. Analyzing operational, legal and technical information provided by other teams and translate in system design documents also makes up a large part of his role.

David holds an MSc in Mathematical Finance from the Loughborough University, and a BSc in Mathematics for Finance and Management from the University of Portsmouth.

David is fluent in English, Georgian and Russian.

Roberto Inácio Bento

Product Manager
London

Roberto joined Acupay in 2018. He liaises with external clients in order to gather requirements and translate them into documentation that will then be used by internal teams to design and implement new products or enhance the existing portfolio with the final goal of ensuring the client needs are met. This includes frequent communication, providing adequate guidance and support and appropriate feedback when required.

Roberto holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science and Business Management from the ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon.

Loves travelling, always up for outdoors activities specially a good hike in the countryside but still he can be often found cycling around London. He considers himself a food explorer trying everything from the fanciest restaurant to the strangest street food stall never forgetting very unusual fresh fruits and veggies.

Roberto speaks fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish, and is also proficient in French.

Armin Mir-Tahmasebi

Product Manager
London

Armin joined Acupay in 2023. He studied at BPP Law School to gain his certification of Business Administration in 2017 and has 8 years of Product Management experience from working at different financial institutions. His main areas of focus have been maintaining stakeholder and 3rd party relationships to build out their product needs and creating team processes and efficiencies.

In Armin's spare time, he enjoys football (soccer), spending time with his family and friends and travelling to new places.

He speaks fluent English and Farsi.
