Based on the information that you submit, Acupay will prepare setup documentation for each country where you can submit a withholding tax reclaim.

The form is intended for submission of one reclaim request per beneficial owner. If you would like to submit requests for multiple beneficial owners or multiple financial securities and payment dates, please contact our Operations and Custodial Liaison Team and we will be happy to help you submit your tax relief requests in bulk form.
