Acupay System Updates - June 2019

As part of our continuous efforts to improve the Acupay System, the following changes have been made:

Quick Updates

The "Choose Date" field in Quick Updates will no longer default to the previous Business Day, and will be left blank instead. In order to proceed with the submission, you'll have to filter by the "Issue" and "Settlement Date." Hopefully, thi will minimize the number of submissions for an incorrect settlement date going forward.

Manage My Account

Each custodian's "Registration Code" will be easier to locate, and available to every authorized representative under "Manage My Account." Please provide it to any employee that wants to register for access to the Acupay System. After they have successfully registered, their registration will need to be approved by the Account Coordinator before they can log into the Acupay System. Anyone that attempts to register without a Registration Code, for an existing registration, wi receive an error message. This message will state that the Clearing System Account number(s) has already been registered, and the user will need to contact the Account Coordinator for the Registration Code.

Acupay System Submissions

Lastly, if you're making multiple submissions, across several CUSIPs, for the same Beneficial Investor that isn't currently on-file, and the documentation for the first submission hasn't been linked yet, a warning message will appear after each subsequent submission. You may choose to continue with your submission(s), but Acupay and Monte Titoli only need one set of documents for each investor.
