2023 Spring Wellness Challenge

Following the success of last year’s Employee Walking Challenge, our ESG team tried something different this past April by organizing a company Wellness Bingo Challenge!

The team worked together to create a bingo card listing different activities meant to benefit the participants’ mental and physical health. Once participants completed an activity, they could mark it off, and if they completed a line on the card, they received points. These points were then used as entries in a random drawing to see who would take home prizes.

6 of our employees joined in on the challenge, and while no one was able to completely fill the card’s checkboxes, each participant ended up completing about 18 tasks on average throughout the month! We’re happy to announce that Roberto Bento and Nancy Donato took home the top prizes! The team was also glad to see participants having fun with the challenge and trying new things, and we look forward to more in the future.
